TenderAim is a SaaS platform that helps users discover and prioritize public procurement opportunities from public sources.

The service includes account management, search profile configuration, matching, notifications, and analytics features.

2. Plans and billing

• Plans, limits, and pricing are shown on the TenderAim pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle.
• Users are responsible for providing and maintaining valid billing information.
• When a plan is cancelled, access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials confidential.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, or disruption.
• Verify key details in original procurement sources before making business decisions.

4. Limitation of liability

• TenderAim data is primarily sourced from public databases and third-party systems.
• We provide no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a specific purpose.
• To the extent permitted by law, TenderAim is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or missed opportunities.

5. Termination

• Users may stop using the service at any time.
• MB Saisa may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.
• After termination, limited retention may apply under the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
